Saqr files lawsuit against Maher and Hassan Mokdad for acts of terrorism

State commissioner to the military court Judge Saqr Saqr filed a lawsuit on Thursday against three suspects: Maher Mokdad, Hassan Mokdad and Tarek Sultan, on charges of forming an armed organization, performing acts of terrorism, kidnapping people and terrorizing them by force of arms, mistreating military personnel and possession of unlicensed military weapons and ammunition.

Saqr referred them to Military Tribunal Judge Imad al-Zein, ordering the release of arrest warrants against them.
