Hezbollah: Israeli attacks on civilians will not deter our resistance

Hezbollah released a statement condemning Israel’s latest attacks on civilian areas across Lebanon, describing the strikes as a series of massacres targeting women, children, and the elderly. The attacks hit the southern suburbs of Beirut, the capital itself, as well as Sidon, southern regions, and the Bekaa Valley, resulting in hundreds of deaths and injuries.

The statement denounced the strikes as war crimes and acts of mass violence against densely populated neighborhoods, markets, and commercial areas during peak hours.

Hezbollah called the attacks a desperate attempt by Israel to punish civilians after failing to achieve its objectives.

Hezbollah affirmed that the blood of those killed and injured will not be in vain, and that Lebanon retains the legal and natural right to resist the occupation and respond to Israeli aggression.

The group said the attacks would strengthen its resolve to continue resistance and defend the Lebanese people and national security.
