Diab signs Wazni letter to cover electricity advance in foreign currency

Caretaker Prime Minister Hassan Diab signed on Monday the letter of Finance Minister Ghazi Wazni sent to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers asking for an extraordinary approval to cover the electricity treasury advance in foreign currency, in order to purchase the needed fuel to operate Lebanon's electricity facility.
