Tourism Minister Walid Nassar announced on Thursday that the main goal is the tourist, and he said, "what we issued today from the campaign ‘Crazy Love’ is the first package of cooperation between the private sector, Middle East Airlines, and the Ministry of Tourism. Its success is linked to stability, and its renewal and implementation is linked to this success."
“In addition to the policy of touristic packages, work has begun on amending and enacting laws, reviving the National Tourism Council in partnership with the private sector, working on decentralization, and cooperating with other ministries,” he pointed out to Nharkom Said.
Regarding the health issue, specifically the Coronavirus pandemic, Nassar announced new measures starting from January for arrivals at the airport, all while remaining cautious in order not to worsen the situation.
