Foreign Ministry welcomes return of Kuwaiti ambassador to Lebanon

The return of Kuwaiti Ambassador to Lebanon Abdel-Al Al-Qena'i to his work station in Beirut was welcomed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Friday.

The ministry said in a statement “it highly appreciates all the efforts made by Kuwaiti diplomacy to build bridges of dialogue and communication with brothers in the Gulf states."

The statement added that "Lebanon have a long history of honorable stances and mutual respect with Kuwait,” seizing the opportunity “to thank and appreciate the open and constructive Kuwaiti role aimed at maintaining and strengthening relations among all Arab brothers.”

Later in the day, ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Lebanon Walid Bukhari arrived at the Beirut Rafic Hariri International Airport coming from Riyadh.
