REPORT: Syria warns Lebanon over flow of "terrorists" into its territories

As the Syrian conflict enters its third year today, fear of a spillover of the conflict intensifies in Lebanon.

Syria warned on Thursday that its forces would fire toward Lebanon if "terrorist cells" continued to infiltrate the country, in a letter of protest to Lebanon.

This report will examine the stances of the Lebanese authorities pertaining to this issue as well as the view points Lebanese residents on the Syrian-Lebanese border.
