Ministry of Telecommunications: No lines in Tarshish but our own

The Ministry of Telecommunications released a statement on Tuesday that there were no telephone lines in Tarshish other than those of the Ministry. This statement comes in the wake of the incident that occurred in the town of Tarshish where Telecommunications Minister Nicolas Sehnaoui assigned a technical team to monitor the implementation of the national project for fiber optic grids carried out by a private contractor.

The Ministry reassured the town’s residents that there will be no telephone lines other than those of the Ministry.
