Judge Madi meets STL registrar, tackles publishing of witnesses’ list

Lebanon's General Prosecutor Hatem Madi met on Friday with the Special Tribunal for Lebanon Registrar Herman von Hebel, and discussed the means of cooperation between the STL and Lebanese courts, as well as the publishing of the witnesses’ list.

Judge Madi asserted to the registrar that the Lebanese courts will take the necessary measures to identify the side which published the list.

For his part, von Hebel notified Judge Madi that he will be moved to the International Criminal Court.
