Judge Saqr Saqr hands over Israeli settler to International Red Cross

State Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr handed over on Saturday the Israeli national settler to the International Red Cross, following investigations lasting 3 days.

In the details, the Israeli settler, identified as Simon Sa’dati, was arrested after he crossed the Ballouni barbed wire at the Nakoura border gate.

Earlier, Judicial sources confirmed to LBCI that the investigations were underway with the Israeli settler, adding that he suffers from an undisclosed mental disorder.
