Lebanon parliament approves $250 million World Bank loan for southern infrastructure

Lebanon’s parliament approved a $250 million loan agreement with the World Bank on Thursday to restore infrastructure in the south, aiming to repair damage from the recent conflict.

Lawmakers also passed amendments to the judiciary law, updating key provisions of the judicial system.
