Euro registers lowest price in 20 years
The price of Euro fell on Monday below 0.99 US amid the mystery surrounding the economy in Europe after the Russian giant Gazprom announced last Friday it would shut off its main gas supply pipeline Nord Stream to Europe.
 
The euro fell 0.70% to $0.9884 on Monday at 5:35 GMT, registering its lowest since December 2002, and continuing its downward trend since the beginning of the year against the US currency.
