REPORT: Are Christian crosses and icons banned in Tripoli?

Rumors emerged across the northern city of Tripoli stating that the Christian crosses and icons were banned from being sold at the city's jewelries, adding that armed men toured the shops and threatened the owners.

However, the shop owners and the Chairman of the Syndicate of Jewelers in Tripoli Khaled al-Namel denied the reports.
