REPORT: One employee to serve hundreds of civilians at Tripoli NSSF

Hundreds of civilians queued up at the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) center in Tripoli waiting for their transactions to be finalized, while only one employee was available to serve them.

 

Tripoli’s residents have been complaining about the fact that a very limited number of employees are handling more than one hundred transactions, holding the state and Tripoli’s officials accountable for this situation.
