Lebanon qualifies for WAFF U-16 Girls Championship Final

Lebanon qualified for the 3rd WAFF U-16 Girls Championship – Jordan 2023 after scoring a draw with Jordan (1-1) in the third and final round.

The Lebanese girls' team will meet Jordan in the final on January 10 at 6:00 pm Lebanon time.

Lebanon topped the first-round standings with 7 points, Jordan ranked second with 5 points, Palestine came third (4 points), and Bahrain was fourth without any points.

The President of the Lebanese Football Association, Hachem Haidar, and Jihad El Chehof, General Secretary of the Lebanese Football Association, congratulated the team for its remarkable performance and qualification to the final and confirmed their presence on Tuesday in Aqaba to support the national team.
