Al-Alaqi: Libya will not turn in Seif al-Islam to ICC

Libyan Justice Minister Mohamed al-Alaqi said on Tuesday that his country will not turn in Seif al0Islam Gaddafi to the International Criminal Court (ICC), during ICC prosecutor Moreno Ocampo’s visit.

At his arrival to a hotel in the capital accompanied by al-Alaqi, Ocampo stressed that he does not intend to meet Seif al-Islam who has been detained since Saturday in Zantan.
