Tunisia: the new constitution will not criminalize sanctities infringement

Head of the Tunisian National Constituent Assembly (NCA) Mustafa Bin Jaafar said on Friday that the new constitution will not criminalize the encroachment of sanctuaries, and this a key demand for Islamists in the government.

Bin Jaafar mentioned that this decision is not taken because authorities agree on violating sanctuaries, but because sanctuaries are hard to be fully defined.
