Jordanian Civil Defense teams rescue 250 persons trapped in snow

Sources in the Jordanian General Directorate of Civil Defense said on Saturday that teams managed to rescue more than 250 persons after being surrounded by snow and floods in the south of the kingdom.

The media spokesman of the directorate Colonel Farid Sharaa said that civil defense teams also worked on removing rainwater from houses in several regions of the kingdom
