Houthis offer reassurances to Russia and China regarding navigation in Red Sea

Mohammed Abdul-Salam, the spokesperson for the Houthi group in Yemen, told Reuters that the group has provided reassurances to China and Russia that their ships will sail safely through the Red Sea.
