Young Lebanese Woman Dedicates Painting To The Memory Of Issam Breidy

Sandra Clark, the daughter of renowned Lebanese singer Sammy Clark, sent us this photo of a painting that she has dedicated to the memory of late actor Issam Breidy, whom she described as a man with “an amazing soul and beautiful spirit [sic]”.

“I would like to dedicate this painting to Issam Breidy's family and friends… may his soul rest in peace.

"Much Love from Sammy Clark & family Sheila, Sami Junior & Sandra. God bless you all [sic]”.

We in turn thank Sandra for her thoughtful gesture and once again reiterate our utmost condolences to Breidy’s family and friends.

A funeral was held on Tuesday for late Lebanese actor Issam Breidy in his hometown in Feytroun, Keserwan.

Following the procession, Issam’s brother, Wissam addressed him saying: “I will laugh and enjoy life on your behalf.”

The young Lebanese actor, who was killed on Sunday dawn (April 12) in a horrific car accident, was popular in both the drama and comedy scenes, appearing in a number of movies, series and theater plays.

He also studied oriental music at the Lebanese National Higher Conservatory of Music and participated in the 2001 edition of Studio al-Fan.

Breidy’s death left all of his co-stars and fans in a state of shock, as he was known to be a fun, loving and kind person.
