In his weekly statement to al-Anbaa website, Jumblatt condemned the attacks against the Christians in Iraq’s Mosul, noting that this incident breaks the concept of plurality, diversity and coexistence in the Middle East.
In this regard, Jumblatt pointed out that the events taking place in Iraq stress the need to form a new Iraqi cabinet of national unity, in which all the political powers will be represented, “in a bid to end the division and fragmentation in the country,” he continued.
