Ambassador Ali: Syria is heading towards stability

Syrian Ambassador to Lebanon Ali Abdul Karim Ali announced on Wednesday that the agreements inked between Lebanon and Syria require strict implementation from both sides.

Ali added that “the Lebanese side bears the greater responsibility in this case given the arms smuggling and infiltration of armed men into Syria,” calling on Lebanon to stay on alert because its security hinges on Syria’s.

Following his meeting with Foreign Minister Adnan Mansour, Ali said that the Arab observers’ report shows that Syria has implemented the protocol’s fundamental clauses, confirming that Syria is heading towards stability and success in defeating the conspiracy.
