State Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr referred Monday the detainee Khaled Zeineddine, also known as “Abou Talha,” to the First Military Investigative Judge.
Earlier this month, Internal Security Forces Information Branch arrested “Abou Talha” for being the main member of the terrorist group that planned and carried out the twin blasts that rocked Beirut’s Bourj al-Barajneh on November 12. The suspect was arrested in al-Qobbeh neighborhood in the northern city of Tripoli.
