REPORT: Trial of ex-Minister Samaha adjourned to February 23
The trial of former Minister of Information Michel Samaha was adjourned to February 23 after he fell ill during trial.

A Red Cross ambulance transferred Samaha to Beirut's Hotel Dieu Hospital from the Military Court.

Samaha, a main ally of Syrian President Bashar Assad, was freed by the Military Court of Cassation on bail last month despite having been convicted of a terrorism plot to shake the country’s stability last year.
