State Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr charged Thursday the detainee Abou Malek Sara with terrorism offences, including car bomb attacks, belonging to terror groups and killing soldiers.
Judge Saqr referred the suspect to the first military investigating judge.
