Lebanese Armed Forces Commander General Joseph Aoun called Friday on the military men to be always prepared along the southern borders to counter any destructive plans by the Israeli enemy.
On the occasion of General Joseph Aoun's assuming of his responsibilities at the helm of the LAF Command, Aoun addressed soldiers in the Order of the Day, calling on them “to be in complete readiness to pursue the war on terrorism with extreme firmness and strength and to strike its hideouts and dens until it is fully eradicated.”
“Be aware that the new era is counting on the role of your institution to ensure a comprehensive security stability which ensures in its turn a Launchpad of what the era is aspiring to achieve in terms of the economy, reforms and developments,” he stated.
