A new measure is set to be implemented in order to resolve the congestion issue at Beirut International Airport.
After the number of passengers going though Beirut Airport exceeded 7.6 million travelers per year, Public Works and Transportation Minister Youssef Finianos declared that studies have been conducted to update the airport’s planning guideline and expand it so that it can welcome up to 12 million travelers per year.
