The exchange deal between Hezbollah and al-Nusra Front resumed on Sunday afternoon after sources from Hezbollah told LBCI that the remains of two Hezbollah martyrs have been found in Arsal mountainous regions.
The source told LBCI that the Lebanese Red Cross will deliver the bodies of 4 martyrs to Hezbollah, two of them were killed during the battles of last week and their identities are known, while the other two were found buried and DNA tests will be performed to reveal their identities. The sources added that search is ongoing to find a fifth body buried in the mountainous regions of al-Qalamoun.
Lebanese Red Cross vehicles headed to Arsal highlands to implement the bodies exchange deal reached between Hezbollah and al-Nusra Front, upon the request of Director General of General Security Maj. Gen. Abbas Ibrahim.
In turn, Ibrahim’s convoy headed to Arsal town to supervise the exchange operation.
