Ambassador Foucher: France will always be loyal to Lebanon

French Ambassador to Lebanon Bruno Foucher asserted on Sunday that France will always be loyal to Lebanon and will remain committed to preserving strong Lebanese-French relations.

Foucher’s comments were made during the annual ceremony organized by members of the Legion of Honor association in Lebanon whereby he said that France was a role model for its allies in supporting the Lebanese Armed Forces during the Rome Conference.

He also added that France has provided 400 million Euros for the army during the Rome Conference and will soon call on its partners during Paris Conference to support the necessary investments and reforms in order to develop Lebanon's economy.
