Beirut Governor Ziad Chebib issued Monday a memo, whereby he called on the night clubs owners only to close their establishments on Saturday May 5, the eve of the parliamentary elections, scheduled to be held Sunday May 6, in accordance with the circular issued by the Interior Minister.
He also called on the owners of cafes and restaurants to close Saturday at 1 am.
