Foreign Minister and newly-elected MP Gebran Bassil stressed that the political reality in North Lebanon has changed.
Following his meeting with newly-elected MP Michel Mouawad, Bassil noted that they agreed to be within one political bloc that we will expand into a political front capable of including further regions and sects.
He pointed out that plurality is in Lebanon’s nature.
“Today, more than ever, we believed in the rightfulness of our national and political alliances and we are glad to interpret on the ground the promises we made to the citizens in terms of development and services.”
