Bassil: No one will break the will of the Lebanese people
Caretaker Minister of Foreign Affairs Gebran Bassil said on Sunday that the Foreign Affairs and Energy ministries should stay with the upcoming Free Patriotic Movement’s ministerial bloc.
Bassil’s comments were made during the inauguration of the Yammouneh dam in Baalbek whereby he said that no force, especially a foreign one, can break the will of the Lebanese people that was manifested in the elections.
“This will will be represented in the upcoming Cabinet without any injustices and based on a large national understanding and unified criteria,” he concluded by saying.
