90% of airport tenders acquired by one company: A coincidence?

The cabinet decided to purchase devices to inspect vehicles and trucks at the Beirut International Airport consensually from al-Hamra Company, since the specifications of the needed devices required by the airport security apparatus conform with the specifications provided only by al-Hamra Company as an agent company.
