Fenianos: I am not responsible for airport’s crisis
Caretaker Minister of Public Works Youssef Fenianos apologized on Thursday from the passengers for the overcrowded Beirut airport.

“I know that my ministry and the Directorate General of Civil Aviation are not responsible for this crisis, and I always warned against it,” he said during a press conference from his office.

The minister also stressed that the airport is in dire need “of 100 million US dollars of which 18 million US dollars were agreed by the Cabinet.”

On another note, he voiced willingness to appear before the courts regarding the airport’s crisis.
