After all the debate that surrounding the closure of Mimosa factory and the arrest of its owner Wissam Tannouri, after the factory was found to be polluting al-Berdawni and Litani rivers, caretaker Industry Minister Hussein Hajj Hassan said that the decision to reopen said factory was based on conditions that need to be met within a one-month deadline after the reopening.
The minister stressed that the ministry conducts regular inspections to all factories.
