Israel violated Friday the decisions of the Higher Defense Council, which convened in Thursday evening and decided to prevent Israel from building a concrete wall in the disputed regions in al-Adaisseh.
Meanwhile, Israeli army continues to build the wall amid a heavy deployment of the Lebanese army after bringing in reinforcements, the UNIFIL monitored the Israeli works.
On the Israeli side, an Israeli army tank was situated at the border amid deployment of army forces.
