Lebanon’s Health Minister Jamil Jabaq participated in the meetings of the Council of Arab Ministers for Health, held in Egypt on Thursday, upon the invitation of the Arab Hospitals Federation.
The meetings aim at developing the work of the hospitals around the Arab World, ensuring best quality of medical equipment and laboratory tests in order to guarantee an integrated service for all patients.
The discussions also focused on costs and means to work on a better redistribution.
Jabaq had also attended the preliminary meeting held by the ministerial council and which included the honoring of Arab figures who played an advanced role in the health sector.
