The concrete blocks were removed from the vicinity of the General Security building in Beirut’s Al-Adlieh area, after a review conducted on the security measures by the directorate.
The citizens expressed relief over the decision that facilitated their commute, after suffering for years from traffic jams caused by blocks that narrowed the streets.
