Bou Saab: No budget for army until after minister of defense approves it
Minister of Defense Elias Bou Saab said on Wednesday that the economic situation of the country requires a Budget that is different from its predecessors.
 
Bou Saab’s comments were made before the Cabinet’s session whereby he said that all reports about the budget of his ministry are mere talk.
 
“There will be no Budget for the army until after the minister of defense approves it after reviewing it with the military command,” he asserted.
