Economic experts voiced surprised over the agency’s fast response even before discussing and passing the bill in the parliament.
The experts said that the agency’s opinion will remain within the framework of predictions and is likely based on the performance of 2018, when the expected deficit was 8.4%, but reached instead 11.5%.
