Judicial warrants issued for the arrest of the kidnapper of Ahmad Mansour
Military investigating judge Imad Zein held interrogations with the arrested soldier Hamzi Tlais and citizen Farid al-Kaabi for the offense of kidnapping businessman Ali Ahmad Mansour in the Bekaa, issuing a memorandum for their arrest.           

Judge Zein will continue his interrogations on Wednesday, questioning other detainees Abdel Moneim, Farhat Farhat and Ahmed Shawki Abu Jannah.                   
Ali Ahmad Mansour who hails from the Bekaa town of Britel was released on Sunday 24th September following direct negotiations between his relatives and the abductors.                          

Well-informed sources revealed that Mansour’s relatives paid a ransom of $600,000.                          

73-year-old Ahmad Ali Mansour was kidnapped in the Bekaa on Tuesday 18th September, with his captors initially demanding  $15 million for his release.
