Sleiman receives letter from his Guinean counterpart

President Michel Sleiman received Saturday a letter from the President of Guinea-Bissau encouraging the fortification of bilateral relations between the two states.

The Lebanese head of state also met with the General Secretary of the Lebanese-Syrian General Council, Nassri Khoury, who shed the light on the latest developments in Syria and the relations between the two neighboring countries.

Separately, a delegation from the Union of Lebanese Arab Scouts paid a visit to Baabda palace today, marking the passage of one hundred years since its establishment. On that occasion, Sleiman wished the Scouts further advancement and success.

A delegation from the family of slain Roland Shoubeir paid Sleiman a visit, thanking him for his support during their dark days after the loss of their son.
