French Ministry of Defense's Minister for Veterans visits UNIFIL in Deir Keifa

Minister for Veterans at the French Ministry of Defense Kader Arif stressed on Tuesday that Paris is closely following up on the situation in Syria and is supplying the Syrian opposition with non-combat equipment.

During a visit to the UNIFIL Headquarters in Deir keifa, the French official noted that supplying the Syrian opposition with combat equipment depends on the development of the situation, ruling out the fact that the French troops working with the UNIFIL are affected by the crisis in Syria.
