Dispute erupts between citizens and municipal police in Tyre

A dispute erupted on Friday at the southern entrance of the city of Tyre where sticks and stones were used, leading the municipal police to open fire in the air to disperse the citizens who were trying to prevent the police from removing a construction violation near the city's Municipal Stadium.

The municipal vehicles were later able to remove the infringement with the help of the Lebanese Army.
