Former Minister Mohammad Safadi tests positive for coronavirus

Former Minister Violette Khairallah Safadi’s press office issued a statement on Saturday.

The statement confirmed that her husband, former Minister Mohammad Safadi has tested positive for coronavirus.

"Former Minister Mohammad Safadi, husband is doing well after the results of the laboratory test were positive,” the statement said.

Safadi also confirmed that all employees, friends and relatives who have been in contact with them have been notified in order to quarry themselves, knowing that Safadi's institutions and offices have been closed for more than ten days.

Minister Safadi explained that she is home quarantined for the required health period, knowing that the result of her test was negative.
