The Ministry of Health issued on Friday a statement in which it said that it allocated the 1214 hotline to receive inquiries about the Coronavirus vaccine, including:
- To answer inquiries of citizens about the vaccine
- To provide assistance in gaining access to the registration platform for groups that need it
- To carry out the technical work with the ministry to help citizens retrieve the deleted messages that contain the link to the platform
- To report any side effects of the vaccination, if recorded
The 1787 hotline and the land line: 01-832700, both allocated for calls related to Coronavirus patients and to providing hospital beds to them as well as receiving complaints will remain functional.
