Is the money in the telecommunications sector considered as loose money?
The money in the telecommunications sector is public money in huge amounts whose spending is not subject to the oversight of the Audit Bureau.

For example, between 2010 and 2018, the expenses of the two companies amounted to about 4 billion and 492 million dollars, according to the reports and studies of the Telecommunications and Media Committee.

These expenditures are at the mercy of the Ministry of Telecommunications and the owners' authority, and it has authorized tens of millions of dollars in building, equipment and machinery purchases with a single signature.
