On International Anti-Corruption Day, LBCI to broadcast new reports on corruption…with hope that judiciary will hold those involved accountable

Marking the International Anti-Corruption Day, which falls on the ninth of December of each year, the Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation International will conclude the corruption dossiers with new reports that will be broadcast during its evening news bulletin tonight, noting that LBCI had started tackling these files on the fourth of last November.

These reports addressed officials who stole and squandered public funds and are involved in issues that led to Lebanon plunging in huge debts and the collapse of the country’s economy and finances.

LBCI, which revealed the names of those involved, from senior to junior officials, will broadcast during its evening news bulletin additional reports that you can watch on its channel or website.

However, this series of reports can only be considered as the first part of the corruption file in Lebanon, as we will be bringing you a new series of reports that will reveal more of those involved, no matter who they are.
