Nasrallah to Christians in Bekaa: Are you with the hand that carried arms to defend you or with the one who was extended to armed groups to attack you?
Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah addressed on Friday an electoral rally in the Bekaa region.
“We must not forget in 1982, operations were taking place in the occupied territories and the Israeli response was taking place in the Bekaa,” he said.
“We must remember those who stood by Israel and supported it, led by the US and by some Arab countries under the table,” he added.
“We must remember who was part of the enemy's front and today is talking about freedom and independence,” Nasrallah stressed.
He stressed however that the Lebanese army was prevented by a political decision from confronting terrorist groups in the outskirts.
Addressing the Christians in Bekaa, Nasrallah said that some Christian parties bet on the terrorist groups because their main concern was the fall of the state in Syria and the besieging of the resistance in Lebanon.
“Are you with the hand that carried arms to defend you? or with the one who was extended to the armed groups to attack you? They are on the other electoral list anyway,” he explained.
