You rarely find selfies that help change a person’s life. At 134 kilograms, Eva Rut Gunnlaugsdottir knew she had to make a change not only for her own well-being, but for her own kids. According to Gunnlaugsdottir, high calorie snacks, like chocolate, biscuits, and potato chips were like a “drug” that she couldn’t seem to abandon. That’s when the Iceland national decided to try out the “selfie diet” to help keep her accountable for her weight loss goals.
