UNRWA chief slams 'shocking' global inaction after Israeli strike on Gaza hospital

UNRWA chief Philippe Lazzarini on Monday decried "shocking" global inaction over the Gaza conflict, after an Israeli strike on a hospital killed at least 20 people including five journalists.

The head of the U.N. agency for Palestinian refugees described the strike as "silencing the last remaining voices reporting about children dying silently amid famine," adding on X: "The world’s indifference and inaction is shocking."
